The Management Team handles the management of the foundation, including coordinating volunteers, creating policy plans, and writing annual reports. They focus on maintaining a healthy working atmosphere and overall organization.

Becoming a volunteer is possible for everyone, regardless of how much time you have available – there’s always something to do!
The Herpetofauna Foundation works with independent teams, each with its own specialization. Each team has a leader who ensures coordination and progress. Teams make independent decisions within their field, while the leader regularly checks in with the management team to ensure alignment across the organization. Relations
The Relations Team fosters a strong and positive community within the foundation. We maintain relationships with partners, appreciate our volunteers, and celebrate important moments both internally and on social media.
Design
The Design and Website Team takes care of the visual appearance and online presence of the foundation. We develop designs for printed materials, social media, and the website, ensuring a consistent, professional, and visually compelling message.
PR and Content
The PR & Content Team ensures that Stichting Herpetofauna’s message is widely shared through social media, press releases, and web content. They write engaging content and maintain press relationships to ensure proper media representation.
